Healthy Petaluma is uniquely positioned to understand the health priorities of southern Sonoma County. We’re committed to allocating funds to support our community’s greatest health needs.
2025 General Operating Support Grant Cycle One recipients
In March of 2025, Healthy Petaluma announced its newest cycle of grantmaking: the Spring 2025 General Operating Support Grant Program. The General Operating Support Grant Program supports the overall health, sustainability, and capacity of nonprofits and organizations with an equivalent tax-exempt status serving the Healthy Petaluma community.
Healthy Petaluma is proud to share that we will be awarding $350,000 in funding to 22 organizations serving southern Sonoma County for this funding cycle and excited for the second cycle to be announced later this year!

2024 Youth and young Adult Wellbeing Grant recipients
During the fall of 2024, the Healthy Petaluma Foundation announced the Youth and Young Adult Wellbeing Grant Program to support the emotional, mental, and physical health of the youth in our community.
