Healthy Petaluma’s Technology & Youth Speaker Series brings together families, educators, and community members to discuss how digital technology and social media are affecting young people today. Guest speakers share research and practical strategies for supporting healthy tech use, setting boundaries, encouraging offline connection, and promoting overall well-being.

The series creates space for open conversation and offers tools that parents and youth-supporting adults can use at home, in schools, and in community programs. Healthy Petaluma continues to support meaningful dialogue around youth mental and emotional health in our community.
