Development of Healthy Petaluma District & Foundation-Owned Property

The Healthy Petaluma District and Foundation (“Healthy Petaluma” or the “District”) is seeking development proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (“Developers”) for the opportunity to develop District-owned property at the northwest corner of McDowell Boulevard and Lynch Creek Way in Petaluma, CA. Because of its proximal location to Interstate 101, and its adjacency to Petaluma Community Hospital and related healthcare services, Healthy Petaluma considers this property (the “Site”) an important site that offers development opportunities which could expand healthcare, housing, or other needed services for the community. Currently, the property is zoned business park. Healthy Petaluma will assist in rezoning the property, if appropriate, to generate the highest economic and financial benefit to Healthy Petaluma.
